Exploring the World: Toddlers (18–36 months)
As toddlers begin to walk, explore, and express themselves, they enter what Montessori called the “sensitive period” for language and movement. “The hands are the instruments of man’s intelligence,” she taught, emphasizing the role of active learning in brain development. Our Spanish immersion program fosters early communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural awareness, allowing toddlers to think, express, and understand in both languages. Through practical life activities, sensorial exploration, and rich verbal interactions, they develop fine and gross motor skills, concentration, and independence, all while absorbing Spanish naturally, just as they would their first language.
The toddler years mark an incredible transformation, where children begin to navigate their surroundings with newfound energy and determination. Our program embraces this momentum, offering an engaging and interactive setting where exploration and hands-on experiences fuel cognitive and linguistic development. In our Spanish immersion environment, toddlers build confidence in their communication skills, fine-tune motor coordination, and develop problem-solving abilities through purposeful activities. Encouraging curiosity and self-sufficiency, our educators thoughtfully introduce structured experiences that empower children to refine practical skills and social awareness.
Our toddlers programs include but are not limited to:
- Toddlers A: 18 – 23 Months
- Toddlers B: 24 – 36 Months
